Most people experience anxiety and stress in their lives at some point, regarding money. I've been through it on a massive scale. PlanCalm is something I designed in my early twenties to help me navigate the choppy waters of low income and high debt after finishing university. [I didn't call it PlanCalm back then, it was just "my spreadsheet"!] PlanCalm can't magic up more money for you - however it allows you to: - Start laying down everything on the table, so you can see what you are spending - Allows you to start plotting the future as to where you want to be - such as having a certain amount of money in savings or debt cleared. - It constantly reminds you of your goal and shows you how far or how close you are. -Identifies opportunities within your spending. Think about Stop - Start - Continue If you use this file and program as intended, you will discover your anxiety easing because you will have a plan. Believe me - having a plan, however far away you are from your goals is enough to reduce anxiety. And... having a plan is better than no plan, right? This will be the best investment in yourself you will make for a while. This program is centred around a Google Sheet document with lots of training videos to show you how to use it.
